Encouraging cycling at one of Australia's leading universities

A leading Australian university is at the forefront of encouraging cycling on-and-around campus to reduce motor vehicle usage while simultaneously promoting and encouraging healthier lifestyles.

Their need? They needed to find quality products that satisfied their cyclists while having a reliable supplier to service and supply when required.

Their need

Prior to using All4Cycling, the Australian university in question spent some time searching for a reliable supplier, preferably based in Australia. As the popularity of cycling has been gradually increasing on campus, the university required a reliable, high quality product with reliable backup and service.

The solution

The university found All4Cycling via Google Search and were impressed by the “quality and sophisticated appeal of their products”.

Specifically, they ordered a range of All4Cycling’s bike repair stations and pumps to be placed around campus in areas with high bike traffic.

Initially, there was a small problem related to the pump head connections however once this was brought to the attention of All4cycling, their research-and-development team quickly identified how to improve the product.

Overall, our contact at the University was particularly impressed with the ease and speed of turnaround whenever servicing was required. Likewise, they always found our communication to be very responsive and positive throughout.
